1. Copyright

Distribution, copying or re-selling any of our patterns is not permitted (unless you have a wholesale agreement with us) and would be in breach of copyright. You may sell quilts you have made from our patterns as long as you credit Pam and Nicky Lintott. You may share our photography if you provide a link back to this website or our social media sites.

2. Download Format

All our patterns are in a downloadable PDF format and will need to be downloaded. You will need a PDF reader (such as adobe acrobat) to open the document. You will have access to the downloadable link as soon as you have purchased a pattern via email and by your account login. If for whatever reason, you are unable to download a pattern or unable to find the link, please contact us so we can help.

3. Postage & Delivery

Downloadable patterns are postage FREE. Physical products such as books have a flat rate of £3.95 and are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Downloadable products
By purchasing a downloadable pattern, you are giving your consent to waive your right to the 14 day cooling-off period. No refunds or cancellations are given to downloadable patterns or pattern booklets purchased.

Physical products (books)
If you place an order and then change your mind you may cancel your order, or if you have already received your goods you have 14 days to inform us and then a further 14 days to return the items for a refund (less postage). Refunds are not given after 28 days.

The 14 days in which to inform us start from the date you receive your goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in pristine condition. Postage is not refunded and postage is not provided for any products that need to be returned. Refunds are issued once we receive the goods back and via the inital method of payment and may take up to 7-10 days to show in your account.
