French Lace

French Lace downloadable pattern

Finished Size: 72in x 72in
Skill level: Confident Beginner

This beautiful pattern has featured in the magazine Today’s Quilter. It requires a jelly roll (or forty 2½in strips) and you do have to add just one strip to your jelly roll. When we initially designed the quilt, we hadn’t planned at first to add the pieced border but after playing around with the quilt for a while it just materialised. Then we decided it needed an outer border, so the quilt kept getting bigger! We hope you like the effect.
